Her name is Lisa Nicholson and she has accepted one of the recently advertised Public Safety Communications Project Manager positions. Her first day with VITA was last Friday, June 25th. Ms. Nicholson is a veteran state employee with over 20 years of service at various state agencies. Her most recent employment was with Northrop Grumman under the VITA Partnership where she provided technical support for wireless networks, devices, and telecommunications-related services. In addition to these responsibilities, she also provided lifecycle support of automated systems beginning with functional development from client requests through business objective statements, business process definition, data models and requirement definitions to system construction, testing, installation, and post implementation reviews.
