Last week I provided you with an update on the programmatic changes to
the FY 10 Funding Cycle of the PSAP Grant Program and advised that you
would be receiving your usernames and passwords this week.  We will
begin this process this afternoon.  To access the online grant
application, the FY 10 Grant Guidelines, and the PSAP Users Guide,
please click on the following link:

You will need your username and password to access the online grant
application, but you are encouraged to begin reviewing the Guidelines
